10/2005 Tech Support Now is excited to announce an agreement with The Upper Trinity Regional Water District. Tech Support Now will play a vital part as technical consultants and support personnel in the completion of the project. Upper Trinity Regional Water District broke ground Wednesday (Jan. 12, 2005) on a new water treatment plant that will serve Northeast Denton County and other areas served by the district. The water treatment plant, scheduled to be in service by the summer 2006, is located north of U.S. 380 on Fishtrap Road near the Providence development. It will be the district's second plant for drinking water and the first regional water treatment facility in Northeast Denton County.

07/2005 Tech Support Now will be providing Kysor Panel Systems supplemental support and professional consulting services. Kysor Panel Systems has been setting the design, quality, versatility and service standards in cold storage walk-in coolers and freezers for over 50 years. Kysor Panel has office's in Texas, Arizona, Tennessee, and Mexico.
